I just wanted to write a little post about my daughter Maisie. I’m feeling very proud of her at the moment. She had an excellent final primary school report, superb SATs test results, she played the piano beautifully in a concert last week and worked extremely hard for her Grade 3 piano exam this week. I can’t believe she is about to go into her final week of primary school! Time really does fly, and I suspect it will go even faster once she starts secondary school in September. She had her hair cut a lot shorter last night too and is looking particularly grown up - I snapped a little picture with her ipod last night (hence fuzziness!).
Anyway - Go Maisie! Happy weekends everyone!

Well done, Maisie! I remember my first day of secondary school vividly. The deputy head told us the five years would fly by and he was so right - I can't believe that was 17 years ago!
ReplyDeleteHope you all have a lovely weekend.
Thank you - i remember mine too - 22 years ago. Youch!
DeleteAw Congrats Maisie!! No wonder you are so proud Kerry...the girl did great! V cute haircut. I remember getting my hair shorter around that age and it felt brilliant. Grown up. As a mum now too I imagine its kind of bittersweet but must make you so happy to see her blossoming Kerry. Have fun together this (wet) weekend. XxX
